The development of private label products stops off at TUTTOFOOD

Private labels, in all senses and varieties of product, will have a leading role at TUTTOFOOD, the biennial exhibition dedicated to the agri-food business organized by Fiera Milano, which will be held in Milan from 19th to 22nd May 2013.

The forthcoming edition of TUTTOFOOD will see a wealth of new developments, starting from the exhibition area, increased by 50% compared to the 2011 edition, resulting in 120,000 square metres, with plenty of extra space for hosting exhibitors and events.

The sectors represented will be Dairy-Cheese, Meat and Cured Meats, Sweets and Confectionery, Mixed Product and Organic with the BtoBio section, Frozen Foods and Eating Out.
Some big names in private label products have already confirmed their participation and will be in attendance at the exhibition, guests in their various chosen sectors. Exhibitors from this sector include: Acetaia Bellei Luigi & Figli S.r.l., Acetificio Varvello S.r.l., Alinor S.p.A., Arc En Ciel Boscomar S.r.l., Brazzale S.p.A., Conserve Italia Soc. Coop. Agricola Eurovo S.r.l., Forno da Re S.r.l., Grandi Molini Italiani, Igor S.r.l., La Nef S.p.A., Latterie Vicentine S.C., Molino Rossetto S.p.A., Montalbano Agricola Alimentare Toscana, Olearia Clemente S.r.l., Panealba S.r.l., Pastaio Maffei, PinguinLutosa Food Group, Raspini Salumi, Rummo S.p.A., Saclà, Trevisan Dolciaria, Vincenzo Caputo S.r.l..

Private label products represent an important cross-section of Italian quality – able to combine production know-how and characteristic produce with a capacity to approach the market as entrepreneurs – and a powerful means to achieve product recognition as well as to safeguard their authentic origin, destined for an important role in connection with large-scale distribution.
There will be a packed schedule of workshops and technical conferences, while partnerships with the most important bodies and associations in the category – the presence of AIDEPI is particularly important – will make the exhibition still more productive as a key to the development of the many areas in the agri-food sector.
